Position paper
The VITISKILLS Policy Position paper constitutes policy recommendations for improved labour conditions, digital literacy and Environmental awareness in rural communities.
Best practice guide
The VITISKILLS best practice guide aims to serve as a learning section to be incorporated meaningfully into existing training programmes, and an information tool that can help vineyard workers overcome the multi-fold barriers of social security schemes but also recognise their employee rights and possible channels where they can find support.
Blueprint
The VITISKILLS project consortium is determined to ensure the best possible outcome of our project results, including a complete and up to date description of the addressed occupations. Therefore we would like to introduce these updates according to our research and experience of vineyard workers, managers and supervisors.

This is the VITISKILLS E-book aiming to support learners with self-paced learning. It provides quick access to VITISKILLS educational resources. The E-book can be also seen as an additional entry point to the VITISKILLS course. Enjoy!
VITISKILLS Certificate Supplement
The VITISKILLS Certificate Supplement is designed to be used by VET providers as a complementary training credential for learners. It is meant to act as an addition to an official vocational training certificate or transcript, including information such as: official basis of the certificate, achieved learning outcomes, range of occupations addressed, and officially recognized ways of acquiring the certificate.
- Evidence-based, measurable learning outcomes for VET provision, following consultation with training, academic, and field experts
- Formal VET learning units, training & assessment materials, & trainer toolkit for course delivery
- A VOOC to support individual, self-paced learning
- 4 on-site training seminars (1 per module) & a VOOC pilot run (720 vineyard staff up-skilled)
- A Blueprint with specifications for an EU-wide qualification for vineyard staff
- A best practice guide to extend social & economic security for vineyard workforce
- A position paper to support improved labour conditions, digital literacy & environmental awareness in rural communities
